Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Billing
BoostAgenda subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Swiss francs (CHF), through Stripe. Each plan renews automatically at the start of every billing period until you cancel.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by writing to contact@boostagenda.com or from your client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we ask for 30 days' notice before renewal. Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital, operated service that begins work immediately, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, access to the workspace may be suspended until the payment method is updated and the charge succeeds.
5. Goodwill
Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory rights. In genuine cases we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or partial refund — this is a goodwill gesture and not an obligation.
