Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BoostAgenda (Switzerland) (“we”) processes personal data in connection with the BoostAgenda platform (the “Service”). We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nLPD) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
1. Data we collect
Account data: your name (derived from your email), work email, company name, password (stored only as a secure hash) and any context you provide. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we receive only limited details (e.g. email, plan, payment status) — never your full card number. Prospect data: the business-contact data you upload or approve, processed on your instructions. Usage data: logs and technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. Roles for prospect data
For the prospect/contact data you provide, you are the data controller and we act as your processor, processing it solely to deliver the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide and contact that data.
3. How we use data
To provide, operate, secure and improve the Service; to score and research prospects and draft outreach (with human approval); to process payments and manage your subscription; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sub-processors & sharing
We rely on carefully selected providers, including Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI text processing) and our hosting provider. They process data only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland/the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required by law (e.g. accounting obligations). Prospect data is retained while needed to provide the Service and deleted or returned on request or after account closure, subject to legal retention periods.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at contact@boostagenda.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms (session and security tokens). We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, daily backups). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
